About MCBC

MCBC is a church with a rich history of faithful members and effective ministries.

MCBC was founded in 1963 with the goal of reaching the people in this area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We still believe that to be our mission today.

MCBC is a Community Church with a Regional Impact and a World-wide Influence

MCBC is a Community Church seeking to share the love of God with all in our Local Ministry Area: Moose Creek, Eielson Air Force Base, Salcha, North Pole, Fort Wainwright and Fairbanks.

MCBC has a Regional Impact by working with like-minded churches and ministries to minister to those who live in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.

• We are a distribution point for the Fairbanks Food Bank every Friday.
• We have a Homeschool Co-Op that meets every Friday during the school year.
• We adopt two local families every year for Christmas, blessing them with gifts and food.

MCBC has a World-wide Influence:

• Through our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions.
• Through our Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for missions in the United States and Canada.
• Through our participation in Operation Christmas Child.
• Through our members as they move around the world, mostly thanks to Uncle Sam.

MCBC seeks to fulfill our mission:

• By SERVING God with the talents and gifts that God has given us.
• By SHARING the love of God with those that we encounter daily.
